Front hinge cracked, back hinge intact. Small hole (about 1mm or less) lower page corners to page 18. Endpapers, some pages foxed. Small dampstain p. 39 in margin, very light. Pages rough cut and not uniform in length. Page A2 (in author's preface) separating from binding about 1.5 inches at bottom, rest holding well. Pages bright, unmarked, binding tight. Poem, written in 1687, is an allegorical fable about Protestant and Catholic beliefs.
