Gojaba.com is a marketplace for used, rare and out of print books that connects booklovers with independent sellers. Buyers can find signed books, first editions or simply used books in a few seconds and buy them from booksellers around the world.

Gojaba.com is a marketplace and does not take part in the payment and shipping process.

Why do I have to register and what are the benefits?

To use the many features of Gojaba.com it is necessary to open a free account. By saving your personal details, such as your shipping address in your account, we can ensure that your orders reach you safely. Via your free Gojaba.com account you will have the option to view and track your orders. You can also use your Gojaba.com account to contact Gojaba.com member booksellers regarding your orders.

Searching

How can I find a book?

Quick-Search: the search box on every page is a keyword search. You can search by author, title, ISBN, etc.

Advanced Search: In the advanced search you can limit the number of results by entering search criteria for title, author, keyword, publisher or ISBN.
On the search results page you can sort or refine your search results. To limit your search further add a keyword in the box "Search within results".


Boolean Searching: Boolean searches use operators to perform more specific queries. Using “AND”, “OR”, and “NOT” allows you to refine the search by adding or removing specific terms.

How can I get more information about a book?

To find more information on a book please click on "Book Details". If you have further questions you can contact the seller directly by clicking on "Ask Bookseller a Question".

Ordering

How can I order books?

At Gojaba.com you can order books directly from our booksellers. When you have found your book just click on "Book Details" where you will find more information about that book, the bookseller, shipping and payment methods.

To complete the order please proceed in the following way:

  1. Click on "Add book to Shopping Cart"
  2. In the shopping cart you will find the books you have added and, where applicable, you can change the quantity of the titles. To continue - click on "Proceed to Order"
  3. Select your preferred method of payment for each bookseller and click on "Place your Order"
The bookseller will contact you shortly after!

How can I pay and what payment methods do you accept?

You pay to the bookseller directly. Gojaba.com does not take part in the money transaction and does not store payment details.

Each bookseller accepts different payment methods. You can view the bookseller's accepted payment methods in the book details page. During the checkout process you will be asked to select your preferred payment method offered by the seller. We recommend choosing a payment method that makes you feel comfortable and that is easily traceable.

Once you have completed the order, the bookseller will contact you to provide you with all the necessary payment details.

What are your shipping rates?

Gojaba.com booksellers set their own shipping rates and times. These rates will vary depending on the method of shipping the bookseller uses.

The standard cost for domestic shipping is displayed on the book details page.

Please contact the bookseller directly for more information about international shipping costs or any other query regarding shipping.

How can I contact the bookseller?

To contact a bookseller click on "Ask Bookseller a Question" in "Book Details" for questions concerning a particular book. You can also find the contact details of the seller(s) you have ordered from in "Your Orders" in Your Account.

How can I track my order?

You can track your purchases in your account under "Your Orders". As soon as the bookseller changes the status of an order, you will automatically be notified via email.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

How can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order as long as the status has not been changed to "Sent" in "Your Orders". If you decide to cancel an order, please contact the bookseller by email explaining the reason for cancellation.

I have not received my book. What should I do?

If you have not received your book within a reasonable time please login to your account and contact the bookseller.
