I love helping teenagers dig into God's Word, Michael J. Klassen explains. It s like taking vitamin supplements for the soul. Since 1997, he has worked on twenty-five Bibles and contributed to numerous books for teenagers. A father of three teenage daughters and a former teenager himself he has first-hand experience dealing with youth issues. Michael currently pastors The Neighborhood Church in Littleton, Colorado, and leads the church middle school group with his wife, Kelley. Vicki Caruana has worked as a high school to college adviser and a coordinator of a middle school gifted magnet school, and now teaches at the college level. Vicki is also the mother of two college-age sons and is personally engulfed in their everyday struggles. As a high school youth minister at her church, Vicki works with teens on a daily basis to help them navigate how to live this life in a way that is full of love, friendship, success, and honors. Vicki is the author of more than twenty books, which include the best-selling Apples & Chalkdust and Giving Your Child the Excellence Edge. Vicki lives with her husband in Seminole, Florida. Todd Hafer is an award-winning writer with more than thirty books to his credit. Battlefield of the Mind for Teens, which he co-wrote with Joyce Meyer, has been a best-seller on both the Christian Retailing and CBA lists, and recently reached number one on Amazon.com's Teen/Spirituality best-seller list. He also collaborated with Don Miller on Jazz Notes: Improvisations on Blue Like Jazz. A parent of four teenagers and one wayward rescue dog, Todd and his wife, JoNell, live in Shawnee, Kansas. Vicki Kuyper has written more than fifty books, including Jesus Speaks to Teens and Wonderlust: A Spiritual Travelogue for the Adventurous Soul. Her latest release is Breaking the Surface: Inviting God into the Shallows and Depths of Your Mind. Vicki has worked on a wide variety of projects for companies including Integrity Music, the International Bible Society, NavPress, Willow Creek, and Compassion International. She has also written numerous magazine articles, book reviews, video scripts, greeting cards, and the occasional cow-pun calendar. When Vicki isn t writing, she often speaks at women s retreats and special events. Vicki and her husband, Mark, live in Phoenix, Arizona. They have two adult children who not so long ago were teens.
